The Beechcliffe Keighley community has been busy fundraising throughout the year, supporting a range of worthy causes including Macmillan Cancer Support, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Children in Need.
One of the school’s biggest fundraising achievements has been its support for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, with an incredible £1,803 raised over the course of the year.
Students, staff and families have come together for a variety of fun and engaging fundraising activities. This term, the school hosted a mascot fun run, while parents showed their support at a coffee morning. Students also enjoyed meeting a range of exotic animals and taking part in an energetic drumming session with the Plumber Drummer, with all activities helping to raise money for the local hospice.
A huge thank you goes to everyone who donated, took part and supported these events. Their generosity will help Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice continue providing compassionate care and support to local people and their families when they need it most.
That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.
