Beechcliffe Keighley has proudly achieved Level 5, the highest recognition in the RHS School Gardening Awards.
This fantastic achievement reflects the dedication of students who have embraced hands-on gardening throughout the year, developing valuable skills while growing their own fruit and vegetables. Their hard work comes full circle as produce is used within the school, giving students a real-world understanding of sustainability and healthy living.
Michelle Nichols, Head of School, said: “It’s been wonderful to see students grow in confidence through gardening, taking pride in what they achieve and working together to create something meaningful for their school community, all the while developing skills that will stay with them for life.“
A brilliant accomplishment and a testament to the enthusiasm and commitment of everyone involved.
